A two-story office conversion of an existing hospice center

The existing two-story hospice center had parking under the center portion of the second floor. Using all the existing structural components, we enclosed this area by raising the slab and installing glass storefront and covered the sensitive windows with aluminum awnings. Painted brick cladding and new window locations give the building a more contemporary feel.
