A new, 4,500 s.f. modern home in the heart of the Montrose for an old client of ours.  A three story home, we started with a very simple, diagrammatic layout of two boxes connected by a circulation area that included the stairs.

This layout allowed us to do some interesting things with the floor plan and the elevations.  The home included 3 primary bedrooms with a guest mini-master, a gameroom, library, and a media room that leads onto a roof deck via an overhead door.  Carol Estrada of Estrada Interior Design did a fantastic job of working with the owner to choose the materials and finishes.
